9.7 Subscription not listed after successful upgrade of Enterprise Console from 4.5 to version 4.7 ?

Hi,

I've upgraded enterprise console from 4.5 to 4.7 as per the steps of the Install Advisor.

Now I've hit a block while going to the upgrade steps for for the endpoints.

The Recommended 9.7 Subscription is not listed.

What should I do?

Urgent Help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I would suggest you might need to call support with your username and password you have in SUM so they can check which warehouse they are pointing at and that it contains 9.7.
