Error deleting Sophos_bootstrap folder - code 145 during install

Getting the same problem on both Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

Using a variation of the process from https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/121318 via SCCM, setup as an app and deployed during OSD.

When I build a machine on site (with Internet access via a proxy, so fails as machine can't authenticate) the install is successful - the payload in the warehouse folder is sufficient. However, problem occurs when I use Full Media to build a machine off site, where it has a direct Internet connection (ADSL).

Seeing error "Error deleting Sophos_bootstrap folder, error code: 145" in "Sophos Extract Log_timestamp.txt".

Followed by "Cannot clear output directory after setup." and "Finishing with code 0x00000029." in the same log.

Once OS started, Sophos client appears to be fine, although needs a restart to finish it's update.

Now, I could add the returned error code (41 in decimal) to the list of acceptable ones, but really, should it even be generating this?

Needless to say, the folder "Sophos_bootstrap" is still in %temp%, although it's quite empty.

I'm suspecting that at the moment that the installer tries to delete the folder, there are some files in there, so it fails to do so. But error code "41" isn't documented in here: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/120449 or even here: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/122157, so not certain about what else it could mean.
