Hi,
I have a Windows Server 2019 Datacenter that is actually having problems with Sophos to update the Agent.
If I enter the device page, and look at the Core Agent version, it is the "2024.2.4.1.0".
These types of issues are supposed to appear in versions prior to 2023.1, so they should not affect my device.
The error occurring during the update is as follows: "Failed to install SED64, AMSI64: 80041f00, 80041f00."
Could someone please help me determine the cause of this issue?

Can you share with us the list of installed software on the server? please share with us the screenshot of ESH under components to validate.
