We have a main AD domain and several sub-domains. Our mail server is located in the main domain, so users from subdomains have to authenticate either with subdom\username or username @subdom. AD Sync sucessfully pulled all the users into Sophos Central, but the import filled the field "Exchange Login" with just their username, regardless of the domain.
According to the documentation this should come from the field proxyAddresses. But this doesn't seem to be correct, when I check in AD, this field contains SMTP addresses.
How do I get the necessary value into "Exchange login"? Manual change does not work as the field isn't changeable on AD imported users.
