how to unblock a URL

Web Filtering log as follow:

and the browser return :

While trying to retrieve the URL:
www.xxxxxx.com/.../PlayMedia.aspx
The content could not be delivered due to the following condition:
Timeout while reading response from Server
Your cache administrator is:
domain
 
so i add a web protection> Filtering options > exception > new exception 
Skipping: Authentication / Caching / Block by download size / Antivirus / Extension blocking / MIME type blocking / URL Filter / Content Removal / SSL scanning / Certificate trust check / Certificate date check / Accessed page logging / Blocked page logging / Do not display download/scan progress page
Matching these URLs: ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?xxxxxx\.com/
 
but this do not fix. anyone help? thanks

    Billy,

    You're Web Filtering log snippet reports a timeout while reading respond from server related to that advertisement link.

    The browser return url is to a media player loaded with something.

    It appear the advertising media file didn't play and failed.

    What do you wish to unblock?

      but this happen only behind sophos utm 9, it's no problem without a firewall, i want to unblock the related url, it's a streaming media. thanks.

        Billy, when you see statuscode="50?", it means the server doesn't like the Proxy.  If making an Exception for antivirus for the site doesn't fix the problem, you will need to skip the Proxy for that site.

          The Endpoint protection > antivirus is not using, how to setup skip the proxy for that site? Could you teach me in details? as i am very new to Sophos UTM 9, thanks

            Finally i found it, 

            add the website in Web Protection > Filtering options > Misc > Transparent Mode Skiplist > Skip Transparent Mode Destination Hosts
