How to submit false positive for Reputation Limit web check?

Hello,

I am using a web application that is currently blocked by UTM with the reason "Reputation limit". Since it is used also by many of my customers, and some of them have UTM too, I would like to report this false positive. To who? In case of web filtering, I resubmit correct category to MacAfee smart filter XL: https://trustedsource.org/en/feedback/url?action=checksingle but in this case the check is reputation limit. What should I do?
