Mapbox

Hi 

We use an application from a 3.party vendor..

The app is using mapbox for displaying maps (from webpr log: url="api.tiles.mapbox.com/.../94.png)..

Problem i that maps are not showing correctly.. See attached pic.

Vendor claims it's Sophos doing some kind of blocking. But I cannot see anything in logs supporting this.

By any change: Do someone here know what could be the reason for this map issue.,.?

  • If you're not seeing any blocks in the Web Filtering log, then also consult #1 in Rulz.  Any luck with that?

    Nothing in the firewall log either. Made a allow any to any rule from this client.. Intrusion Prevention and application control Is disabled. This is not my production UTM - so for testing I have disabled as much as possible. Just want to make sure this has nothing to do with UTM. Vendor claims that this issue is only seen at customers using Sophos..
  • I understand that Intrusion Prevention is disabled, but there are other things recorded in that log. If there's nothing in the Web Filtering, Firewall or Intrusion Prevention logs, it will be difficult to pin the problem on the UTM. I would urge you to get a case opened with Sophos Support.

  • Intrusion Protection log is empty - will try Sophos Support and let you know if they find anything.
