enabling web filter,dropping any internet connection

hi guys,

I need yuor help regarding this issue.

When i enable the web filter on the astaro running 7.5, it drops any request to the internet.

I noticed that after disabling the web filter on it, everything started to work well again.

also tried to upgrade to version 8 and i am still facing the same issue.

i am wondering if there is something wrong in the device or it is a miss configuration
issue,please advice.

Hi, mamarneh , and welcome to the User BB!

Compare the 'Packet Filter' and 'Content Filter (HTTP)' logfile lines when the Proxy is enabled and disabled. What do you notice?

  Actually, the end customer refused to keep the box in production, so i have to connect it again and check the log file in both cases and update you accordingly.
