engadget.com blocked by Astaro?

Astaro has suddenly started blocking access to engadget.com. It was working find till few minutes back and now I am getting a content blocked message:

While trying to retrieve the URL: Engadget
The content is blocked due to the following condition: The item you have requested is infected by a virus. It will not be downloaded.
Report: HTML.Crypt-3

As far as I know, engadget.com is a perfectly safe site. I can get to other areas of the site via Google searches , just not the home page.

    You probably received a new pattern update, which is blocking the site.  If you feel that this is a false positive, then create an exception rule to bypass AV scanning for this site in WebAdmin under Web Security>HTTP/S>Exceptions.

      Thanks Scott. The real question is whether the pattern update is bad or is the website really infected by virus. Since the probability of both events is equal, I do not want to take any chances by creating an exception unless something more concrete is found one way or the other.

        Looks to be something in pattern 12572 for ClamAV. When I originally replied to your message, I hadn't gotten this pattern yet and could get to engadget just fine. Now I get the same block as you do. 
         
        I'll just wait and see what happens after ClamAV is next updated.
         
        Update:  The front page of engadget is now accessable again with pattern 12576 loaded.

          Something crazy is going on. This evening I was able to access Engadget.com, now three hours later, it is blocked again. The pattern is 12580. Does ASG need to get their pattern updates checked more thoroughly?

            If you select 'Single Scan', ClamAV is not used - do you still see the block then?  If not, is there something in the Intrusion Prevention log?

              Astaro was blocking engadget.com as well for me. I went to single scan and now can access Engadget.

              I'll leave it off, sounds like ClamAV is introduces more issues than it prevents.
