HTTP Proxy & VoIP Issues

Hi. I have enabled HTTP Proxy in web security to try and make internet browsing alot faster but even with that enabled and than "enable caching" in the advanced tab, web browsing still seems slow (I enabled it because I went over my monthly 80GB cap and it's dialup speed now). Also my second problem is that when I enable the HTTP Proxy, I lose connection with my trixbox server to it's voip SIP servers but when HTTP Proxy is disabled it is all fine. I have also tried adding exceptions for the relevant information:

Full transparent mode in ticked.

ByPASS
Skipping: Authentication / Antivirus / Extension blocking / MIME type blocking / URL Filter / Content Removal / Certificate Trust Check / Certificate Date Check
For:
Hosts / Networks
Cisco Handset - Cisco 7941
VOIP Server - Trixbox Server

Target Domains
sip00.mynetfone.com.au - VoIP SIP Host
sip.gotalk.com - VoIP SIP Host


I have also added Transparent mode skiplist but that also seems to have no effect:

    Hi,
    firstly let us sort out your setup.

    Tackle the VoIP first. I see like me you have 2 different VoIP providers. Using 7.402 you need to create mynetfone fixed ip pool group.

     Mynetfone 125.213.160.64/27 is what I setup probably isn't required anymore but better be safe at the moment.

    You then need to create each of your phones as a network with a fixed ip.

    You enable voip security. 
    SIP server network - > mynetfone group
    sip client networks -> your VoIP phones.
    Now in theory that should get your VoIP working.

    The http proxy will not affect your ability to download more than you quota. The HTTP proxy will be slower than using packet filter rules because the HTTP proxy checks a number of reference sites before passing the packets through to your PC. Virus scanning, site classification etc.
