Content filter block websites of "Unknown Category

Hi, I'm using ver ASG v6. When I enable http proxy surf protection, I got this error when I try to surf "URL category 'Unknown_category' not allowed". Anyone have any ideas on how to allow websites of "Unknown Category"? Much appreaciate your help.

      Run a query on the Content Filter logfile for the keyword "Continuing" ... we have had issues at several customer sites where some of the cobion servers were not reachable (they are spread out all over the world, the Americas and Europe) from certain ISPs, hence the Astaro would block access.  We ended up calling support, and they had us edit a file on the box to stop it from looking up those sites.  If you find that to be the issue, contact support, and they'll walk you through it (otherwise, it will void your support).. this is something I've asked to be fixed with a user-configurable GUI or with some "intelligence" that detects when one of these is unreachable, so it gets taken off the list.
