How to perfectly create a site to site connection between SG230 and CISCO/linksys RV042?

How to perfectly create a site to site connection between SG230 and CISCO/linksys RV042? Currently I have 4 (RV042) sites connected to SG230 but there are random dropped connections which I find  annoying since I have to manually remote Rv042 and refresh its connection every time it gets down or disconnected. AS per checked also on my monitoring there were no internet interruptions on these sites during this down times.

    Do your lifetime settings match on both ends, i.e. IKE and IPsec lifetimes? Also, are the RV042's dropping the connections are is the SG230 dropping them?

      Please post a section of the IPsec log related to this issue - not more than 50 lines.
