configure SNMP and remote sys log

We have ASG Software model license for proxy (Sophos UTM 9) We are preparing for below configuration and need document

1. configuring remote sys log in which we want to understand how we can configure sophos for this and verify that every setting is done at sophos end. want to configure facility code on gateways example LOCAL6 for Syslog
2. we want to configure SNMP , so need to learn how to configure gateway for Query and trap configuration
3. We are using content gateways through UI, Need steps to configure single UI to control changes in all Gateway servers
