In the executive report from my ASG220 v6.102, I can't explain all of the information to my executives. Where can I find or is there a document that explains these graphs. For example, in the SMTP messages (daily), accros the bottom list T1 mails and T2 mails. What is this? Tier 1 and Tier 2? Also, what is meant by current, average, and maximum?
T1 and T2 represent the configured spam thresholds. The executive report contains the most interesting statistics from the Reporting section of the WebAdmin. If you take a look into the only help of the Reporting sections (or the manual), every item is explained.
