Web Protection report emtpy

Hi,

 

I am having the latest Sophos UTM running on virtual machine. I have been using it since past 6 months and have the seen the web reporting to not work since past month or so. I have the web protection set in transparent mode. I have searched this forum and tried all the things mentioned:

1. Disable and Re-enable Logging

2. rebuild database

I can see the live logs but the web protection report still remains empty.

 

Appreciate if someone has any other suggestion for me to try, before I rebuild the firewall - i'd hate to do that.

    Hi  

    When you rebuilt the database, did you face any error or was it successful? Further, do you have reporting enabled for Web Protection under the option Logging & Reporting > Reporting Settings > Settings ?

      Hi Jaydeep,

      Thanks for quick revert. I didnt get any error, the database rebuild was successful. I am sure the reporting is enabled for Web Protection. I will have a second look when i reach home this evening.

       

      EDIT: Indeed the tick next to Web Protection was missing, ticking it - the report started populating.
