Model: ASG120 How do I get my license?

I upgraded my UTM120, use CD iso9.405.
How do I get my license?
Now the device can only try 28 days, I only have the serial number
Model: ASG120
Serial: A1705981B59FB80

    You can use the one you have installed before the update, if you don't have it anymore ask your Sophos-Partner to download it from license-portal.

    I use ISO9.405 auto format my all disk. I lose my license .

    As mentioned above, get your Sophos partner involved, they will be able to help you.

    Managing several Sophos firewalls both at work and at some home locations, dedicated to continuously improve IT-security and feeling well helping others with their IT-security challenges.

  • Before re-imaging a UTM, be sure to get several different UNENCRYPTED configuration backups from it.  While the new image is loading into the UTM, put one backup into the root directory of a USB memory stick.  When the image has finished loading, insert the USB stick and reboot the UTM.  The UTM will restore the configuration from the USB stick and that will include your license.
