UTM endpoint protection won't update clients

hi all, I've a utm 210 with firmware 9.407-3 with endpoint license. 

I've got some problems:

1- ramdonly Sophos LiveConnect is disabled (I've no connection problem...)

2- client won't install: via download link only autoupdate is installed. I've installed client replacing "=slim" with "=full" in the agent download link

3- after installing full client package, autoupdate won't install update: looking at the configuration I've only the first line URL: sophos:http://d3.sophosupd.com/update/catalogue/sdds.utm_91_ug2.xml  without user o password

If I try to go to that url I've NOT FOUND error, in the autoupdate log I've "ERROR: Could not find a source for updated packages"

can someone help me please?
