OSPF passive interface / feature request

Hi all,

I just connected my WAN interface to an OSPF network (previously EIGRP with a router).

It could be a great improvement to have the possibility to make an interface to become passive, so we can choose witch network to redistribute with the "redistribute connected" OSPF option.

I had to ask my provider to make static routes to my public network [:(]

    I was advised by Astaro tech support that this feature should be in 7.400.

    On 7.306 redistribution of connected routes includes _all_ interfaces (even HA). We don't need the HA and our guest LANs advertised on our core - hence the need for passive interfaces.

    There's also an OSPF bug I ran into today in 7.306. The SSL VPN subnet redistributed netmask is wrong. So you have to add a static in your core router and redistribute that way.

    I'll report it formally tomorrow.
