Tutorial for a basic ASL set-up

While reading all this questions, I’m wondering that nobody wrote a tutorial for a basic ASL set-up. Basis set-up means for me:

eth0: internal Network with DHCP clients using a Proxy
eth1: Internet connection via a router
eth2: DMZ with Mail- or/and Webserver

The only document I found was the Initial Setup (ASL 3.2), but that doesn’t help much.

Does exist something like that?

    I had no knowledge about TCP/IP as I startet with ASL, and that was a early 1 version, but with the following post and with just asking in this forum I got it up and runnig.

    A lot of people think that it is easy to setup a firewall, but that's not so. You must have a lot of basic TCP/IP knowledge and a lot of time reading in the Internet. 

    There can't be a tutorial for Firewalling, because of the complexity of each LAN and there are never 2 LAN that are the same!!

    don't know right now but it's a O'Reily TCP/IP basic knowledge book wich is a good point to start.
