When a user accesses a website that has been allowed temporary access, in this example, "youtube.com", they’ll get the following Warning:
"Warning! This website is blocked. The administrator of this network has restricted access to sites categorized as Youtube. Clicking proceed will allow temporary access to this site, but you should only do this if necessary.""
After they click Proceed, YouTube will load.
However, if the user closes their browser, they won't see the Warning page again; this is because the Sophos Firewall cached this "access" for 30 Minutes. If the Sophos Firewall weren’t to cache this access for the user, they would get the WARNING page every time they click a link within that website.
After this, 30 minutes run out, and if the user tries to access it, they’ll be presented with the WARNING page again.
Just closing the page will not clear the cache which is active on the PC, you would need to stop the browser so that the next time the access is seen as a new attempt.

Correct a warning proceed is cached for the IP to the website for 30 minutes. I believe if you go to a different website you should get a fresh warning.
So if you Warn on News category and go a news site, you get a warning. Click Proceed and you can browse that news site for 30 minutes. Go to a different news website and you get a warning for that site. Because of loading page resources from other domains and referrer tags, sometimes after clicking proceed the page won't render completely.
This is by design. Is there an issue?
