How to open a tcp/udp port for ADT camera access from outside the network

I am new to Sophos UTM 9 and am trying to open ports 37777 & 37778 which will allow access from the public internet to our ADT DVR which is on the local LAN.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Following this kb:

    Inside dnat check the box "automatic firewall rule " and utm will create firewall rule for you.
