Gmael,

On XG you cannot block email spam received by imap or pop3. You can only change the email object header to something else.

Also you are using email in transparent mode.

What protocols are you using on your clients?

Do you have an internal mail server?

no I contracted with an external hosting company it's called plesk

if you are using an external email servers, I think you are catching your email using IMAP/POP3/STMP protocols so as I said you cannot block spam email, but only change the object headers.

On UTM there is the POP3 daemon who is able to catch and block spam emails.

This is not possible yet on XG.

Why did you come to the XG in the first place?

As rfcat_vk wrote, you should consider carefully the reasons to upgrade/move to XG.

My advice is always to test a product (using Trial) before moving to it.

This is a general rule to be used into life.
