Importing users from Active Directory - groups seem to work

Hi,

New to sophos, been watchguard person for 10 years ish.

We are replacing our 2 firewalls withXG210's.

First box I am setting up is connecting fine to AD for groups, but it wont see users that are in those groups.

I have had my query right at the top of AD (which sees the groups), but have also narrowed down the search to a specific OU, but I still cant get the users or members in the group area to populate.

I know it is something simple I must be missing, but I cant for the life of me see it.

Assistance would be appreciated.
