Hi,
I have a question regarding an SSL VPN issue: I created a recurring schedule in XGS --> Profiles --> Schedule, restricting a specific user to connect to my LAN via SSL VPN from 10:00 to 10:15. However, I noticed that the connection did not disconnect even after the scheduled time. Is there any additional setting required to enforce the disconnection?
Thanks
BR,
Hi Archer,
Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.
Have you added the policy to a Firewall Rule/policy?
Verify if there are no other SSL VPN Policies taking precedence over the schedule.
Also, can you check the session time-out settings? This might be keeping the connection alive even after the schedule expires.
Then, do a test on a different user.

Hi Erick,
The basic SSL VPN settings are normal, and the session timeout setting is 15 minutes, which also works correctly. What I want to achieve is to automatically disconnect when the scheduled time is reached, instead of waiting for the session timeout.
Thank you.

Archer
Hi Archer,
Thank you for the information. How about for the other queries?
Have you applied it to a proper Firewall Rule or VPN rule?
Can you kindly share your configuration?
