Hello community!
Our top firewall rule is to block all internet traffic from certain countries. This works as expected. However, SMTP traffic should not be blocked, so we have entered “SMTP” under Add exclusions -> Services. Unfortunately, SMTP from the entered countries is still blocked. In addition, we have to allow a single IP address from the blocked countries. Again, it does not help to enter the IP address as a host under Add exclusions -> Source networks and devices.
Does anyone have any ideas?
