Authentication events report from Captive Portal should be under Reports>Compliance>Events>Authentication events https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-firewall/21.0/help/en-us/webhelp/onlinehelp/AdministratorHelp/Reports/Compliance/index.html
