Cloud application list empty

Hello,

it seems I have missed something, on all my firewalls "cloud application list" is just empty.

Application control is being populated but the cloud part has nothing in list or graphs.

Would anyone be so kind to advise?

All are XGS 107 with more or less standard rules, one FW is binded with endpoint antivirus.

    thanks for the recommendations.

    I have enabled logging right now, I already have a default web policy, but TLS decryption is disabled so far, since we have few clients with specific VPN types which I need to have exceptions for...

    This is how the rule looks right now.

    Loads of apps in SAC, but nothing in cloud.

    I will test the TLS exceptions so I can finally enable it completely.
