LoopBack NAT is not working upon accessing WEB Application Public IP in Local Network

Question

Hi Sophos Geeks! 
 I'm having a problem accessing my WEB Application using Public IP in my local network but working if I'm accessing it externally. 
 
 I already configured the DNAT policy Source zone in Any Zone but still no lock. Currently my version is V20.0.1. 
 
 I tried it on the other site with sophos firewall and it is working in the lower version 19.5.4. I just want to know if this is a bug in SFOS v20.

Hello, 
 Could you share the NAT rule/ loopback rule and the Firewall rule you configured to match the NAT rule? 
 Could you also share any logged traffic from Source->Dest on the Log Viewer and packet capture if the FW rule matches the NAT rule? Kindly confirm as well that DNAT rule is not above the loopback nat rule as it may match the DNAT as well.

 Thanks for taking the time to share details. 
 Could you create a FW rule to match the Loopback NAT rule 
 So the FW rule would look like this: 
 Source Zone: LAN 
 Source Networks and devices: *LAN Network* 
 Destination Zone: DMZ/LAN 
 Dest Network: *Server Public IP 
 Services: *Specified services 
 Then confirm that Loopback NAT rule is above the DNAT NAT rule.
