OTP Issues with several users

Not sure but I have also the feeling the issue exists since iOS 16.7 update. Anyone maybe has the same issues with OTP on iOS?

Hi Quallensaft , this is a known issue - NC-138431, request you to please log a service request  and provide me the case, will expedite the service request...

Can not find any NC-138431 in KIL. More info please… Can I fix it by myself?

I'm also interested is some details. Sometimes but rarely we have users with non working tokens on different authenticators. We have not seen a reason for this behavior but recreated their tokens after which it worked.

Sounds like the same problem. Don't know why it is a know issue but the problem is not listed anywhere. Not really helpful...

This is not present under the known issue list (KIL) as this logged a recent on-going investigation, KIL will have a list where there is a workaround and besides the only way to fix this is delete the token, but in order to help you resolve, with a patch, request you to please log a service request...
