sophos XG and windows 10 & 11

Hello Community,I would like to ask your help to fix a funny problem I have.

All my PC are protected by Sophos Home (Primium Subscription) and I have a Sophos XG Home edition.

In two PCs of my network I have 2 web sites that are not downloaded properly if I pass trough the FW (lichess.org and unicredit.eu)

The PC with windows 10 cannot open lichess.org, but can download properly unicredit.eu.

The PC with windows 11 viceversa cannot open unicredit.eu, but can open lichess.org.

Both computers, if I bypass the FW, can open properly both webpages.

Yesterday night I had a long chat with a Sophos Agent of Sophos Home Permium, who worked remotely on one computer and excluded that Sophos Home is the origin of the cause.

It seems to be Sophos XG o strange interactions between the 2 products.

Can someone help me or have you idea about a fixing for the problem?

I tried to insert both websites in the exclusion list, but without any success, the 2 PCs have always the same behavior

I tried excluding Http and HTTP inspection, exluding IPS, using proxy or DPI engine., but no way

It seems that the simpe fact to go trough the FW generates some problem.

The problem affects all web browser I am using (Edge, chrome, mozilla, opera)
