Failed to install Sophos Connect 2.3.0

Question

Hi Guys, 
 I need help with this issue, have tired a few times to install Sophos Connect failed giving me error msg: 
 Service 'OpenVPN Service' (OpenVPNServiceInteractive) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services. 
 steps that i have tired : 
 1) Downloaded & installed OpenVPN-2.6.10-I002-amd64 successfully, reinstalling Sophos connect still failed with the same above error msg 
 2) Edit Local Policies/User Rights assignment / "Log on as a service" policy and add the service account, stil failed 
 3) Events viewer has records many Error No: 7000 /7009 reporting OpenVPN Service service failed to start 
 Need advise on how to resolve this issue guys

Thank you for reaching out to the community, the solution can be found here - Sophos Connect Installation

Looks like the required VC runtime environment is not present on your machine. Before installing the SCC 2.3, can you install this VC runtime - https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe and try installing the SCC 2.3 again. This should help resolve the issue.
