the user portal automatically logs out and returns to the login page when I click on a download link or a menu

Question

Hello, I am currently configuring a new Sophos Firewall XGS116W SFOS 18.5.3 MR-3 BUILD408 I configured a ssl remote access vpn. when I go to the user portal to download the configuration, the login page is displayed and authentication works. But from there there is a problem: 
 Either The page is displayed with the download links, but as soon as I click on a link or a section on the left (for example Download client), it logs me out and redirects me to the login page. 
 
 Either it slows down constantly or shows me {"status":"Session Expired"} 
 
 You have an idea ??

Hi, 
 ISTR some bad interaction with an extension offering &rsquo;dark mode&rsquo; display that resulted in that buggy behaviour. You might look there.

Could be an problem with the certificate. Check the certificate on the firewalls (CA) and click on it. (Default and SSL). Check if there is valid data in there.
