 A background process is taking longer than expected. Please check back in a few minutes. Getting this error while adding firewall in Sophos central.

 Did you already register/activate the Firewall in the licensing portal: https://doc.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-firewall/19.5/help/en-us/webhelp/onlinehelp/VirtualAndSoftwareAppliancesHelp/XGFirewallActivateAndRegister/index.html 
 Also, may I confirm if this device you're onboarding on Central is a new devices or previously registered on before? and are you using a Super Admin Acct or Customer's Central Account?
