Web password not accept unble to access firewall.

Hi Ishwar Pimparkar If the firewall Wev admin page is loading and accessible and post that you are not able to login with the admin password then you may reset it via console as per the below steps: Reference: support.sophos.com/.../KB-000035990 
 Via console using PuTTY 
 This is applicable for Sophos Firewall 17.5 and later. 
 
 Sign in using PuTTY . 
 Enter the incorrect password for the initial prompt. 
 Enter the uppercase command RESET in the second password prompt. 
 Select 4. Reset password for admin user . 
 Enter y and press Enter .

Does your firewall model have an LCD panel at the front? You can reset the pw from there.
