hi all,
as the sophos authenticator is no longer on the play store is there an alternative to it
ive tried google authenticator but when i scan both QR codes using both, i get different numbers on both so i imagine the time is different

Additionally you can refer Third-party authenticator support.

Sophos User1175 you can opt out all AV stuff on the new app. Of course this is bad for companies that push the app to mobile devices and only need the authenticator. I don't understand why they put it all together. Probably to monetize it at a later day.
of course you can use most other MFA/2FA apps but I liked the idea to have a sophos Infrastructure with a Sophos Auth app.
Tip: in the intercept-X App you can also move the widget for the authentication only on the start screen of your mobile device. That removes the need to tap in several menues to get your code.
at least on android. no idea of iOS vesion.
