3CX using Sophos Loopback Not working

Hi There, 
 I'm learning my way around Sophos FW and have decided to learn 3CX systems and to see if I can get a IP Phone to provision via the internet. 
 So far the system works and I have checked the ports and they open. I know this because I've tested the interfaces externally and they come back working. The issue is that when I try and use the link myphonesystem.3cx.uk:5001 my connection internally doesn't want to know it. When I started the port forwarding I used the DNAT wizard to get it up and running. 
 I can see a Loopback_NAT#7_DNAT to 3CX rule in the NAT Rules but it doesn't seem to want to know.... Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

 If yes, could you share what are the deny/drop message from the FW log viewer and on the client side browser?
