some users of us are using a business website that has an Application (not Web) categorization as Vulnerabilities (besides others) for some years now. It's just when you even call the start page, that the firewall blocks request.
That causes me to build special app policies for the users and additional firewall rules.
I created a support case to get the Vulnerabilities thing on that App / or website reviewed. Now this case "06482279 Application Category: Hootsuite Web Login | Vulnerabilities" is not going well, to be polite.
The main essence of it was, to get me to the infamous FileSubmission (sophos.com) Request form. Yes, the blackhole where you'll never get any feedback, except on malware "file" submissions. If not enough, in the Application category form, you cannot even submit it (the form). The submit button is just dead (firefox and edge).
I'd like to know, if it is really not possible for the support team to route a support case, which they believe is at the wrong position, internally to the correct team and then get a qualified answer if Vulnerabilities is correct here or not?
And of course, to get the form working.
