Every 3 or 4 days I can't see anything in sophos firewall reports and when I restart the device. It works properly. and after 3 or 4 days, the same problem is repeated.
can i get help.

1.) Troubleshoot on-box reporting issues
2.) Troubleshoot issue Log reports not available
3.) Set the log retention report period
4.) Manual purge of report data in case of report database is above 80%
