Every 3 or 4 days I can't see anything in sophos firewall reports and when I restart the device. It works properly. and after 3 or 4 days, the same problem is repeated.
can i get help.

which model XG are you using and what version of firmware is installed? Looking for CPU load and memory usage.

Troubleshoot issue Log reports not available3.) Set the log retention report period4.) Manual purge of report data in case of report database is above 80%
