I suggest you implement a tooltip for the connect client when running in the taskbar / tray area.
Just name it "Sophos Connect Client" or even better "Sophos Connect VPN Client"
Some of the more basic skilled users really have problems identifiying the Connect Client when you advise them to start it when you're on the phone with them.
The tooltip would make it much better to identify it. Especially when there are some similar blue and white rounded icons in the tray area of Windows, they start everything else but not the CC. Can be really frustrating for both sides of the phone.
