Hello everyone.
I have a question about the Admin Logs for XG330.
Our Admin Logs in the GUI shows only the logs of the current day. I need to check yesterday's log, but it won't appear.
First question: is this normal? I don't check this log frequently but, as far as I remember, last time I checked, it showed a lot more logs with older dates.
I know we can use the CLI to check logs, but I couldn't find the correct Admin log. Can someone point what is the correct log?

Hello Cesar,
you can go to "Monitor & Analyze / Reports / Compliance", then select "Events" from the dropdown list under "Show:", then you could further select "Admin events" and lastly, the start date and the end date of that report / view.
The settings, how long the report data is retained are set under "Show report setting" in the upper right hand corner in that same report menu.

Thanks for your answer. I tried doing the filters as you said, but it just won't show. It's not even showing the logs that are under Admin Logs, in the Log Viewer Menu.
At least I was able to locate the log via CLI.
Is there a way to export the logs to an external folder? I find it harder to analyze the logs directly from the CLI.
I think you are still at the wrong place.
Can you give us a screenshot, please?

I just realized that this firewall is running an old firmware/version. I guess it might be bugged...
What is the version you are running now?
