Unable to access specific web site

Question

Hi everybody, 
 I have been using Sophos XG 135 for now 2 years. 
 But i have juste noticed that from office (behind sophos firewall) we are unable to access this website bellow. 
 - Web site: https://e-impots.gouv.ci/ 
 - Error message : 
 " 
 Ce site est inaccessible 
 V&eacute;rifiez si l'adresse e-impots.gouv.ci est correcte.

S'il n'y a pas d'erreur, essayez de faire un diagnostic r&eacute;seau Windows.

 Can somebody help me please?

Hi Alain Coulibaly 
 As per the error, it seems an issue with DNS, 
 
 Please check DNS on the firewall for the same URL is getting resolved or not 
 
 Please go to Configure --->Network --->DNS click on "Test name lookup" and add the same URL is getting resolved ? 
 
 Change DNS on System to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 and check with nslookup is getting resolved?
