Allow Internet through MAC , Use Sophos as Proxy

Hi, Community, one of the problems we are facing is to allow the internet based on MAC address to both the VLAN Users if this is not possible due to the involvement of the router then is it possible to create a rule on FW to use it as a proxy. My network topology is attached. thanks

Why do you push MAC Based in the first place? Is there a reason? MAC based authentication seems to be highly static and not maintainable.

  As you know the system/laptop MAC is fixed, It's difficult for us to bind every IP address in the DHCP server for the users, so this is why we need MAC-based internet access to users.Second, if MAC-based internet access is not possible due to the involvement of a router then is it possible to use Sophos as a proxy server for some users. thank you
