can not access VMware web client over VPN

Hei, I have two office connected via VPN. Main office is on 192.168.1.0/24 and other office is on 192.168.3.0/24. I have a VMware host on 192.168.3.0 network. But I'm unable to access it via browser from Main office network. Could someone help to achieve the same? Thank in advance
