Block Ads only works when I try to access the domain directly

Dear all

I enabled No Ads policy for my sophos XG SFVH (SFOS 18.5.1 MR-1-Build326)

when I tried to access some ads site directly for example, adclick.g.doubleclick.net it gets blocked but when I access other website, for example speedtest.net I still see ads.

Do I need to setup https proxy to get these ads completed blocked?

    Hi,

    no, the ads are coded into the website, so that doesn’t work, I have tried. As you said the links are blocked when you access them. The block function only works when a url is accessed and responds, not by scanning.
