SIP stops working if Firewall isn't restarted in about 30 days.
Need to unload and load SIP helper system_module. Occured a few times since this summer
Besides - SIP traffic isn't visible in log viewer - at least not all, only fragments. Where can I view all SIP traffic when SIP helper module is enabled?

SIP traffics can be long lasting, and a traffic will only appear on Log viewer on session end. So you might not see it until its timeout or ended unexpectedly.
Once you load/unload your sip sessions, you will reset your existing sessions. In case you have multiple internet access or some internet change occurred or somehow your sip trunk went off, loaded sessions might cause your sip traffic now working until you clear sessions/reboot device/unload-load.
Only thing you can do is trying to change udp-timeout-stream.

You can only see your existing sip sessions on "Current Activities > Live connections" tab. And until those sessions end, it might not appear on log viewer
