I can't login to firewall

Hi, I just trying to login to my Sophos xg but in there requesting the code that has in image. but image not loading.

What am Ir that?

I didn't update Sophos xg and I didn't log in to also gone month and After that today I just thought to log in to Sophos firewall and I saw in login page requesting a code that has in image.

But the image not loading properly.

Pls, help me to solve this problem.

Hi,

you have had the hot fix applied. You appear to be trying to login via VPN rather than the normal interface?
