Am unable to get any authentication logs for RADIUS authentication via Sophos AP in my XG Firewall.
When someone connects to the SSID, it asks for AD username and password, then successfully authenticates But the same does not show in Firewall Logs.
Any reason why this is so ? Where would the best place to start troubleshooting this be?
You mean the Accounting is not in place for Live User?

I Have followed the KB article https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/122790, the AP is APX320 and server is NPS2012. I have selected 'enable accounting' in XG Radius server config.
I do not have any 2012 Server currently to check this, but i would guess, there should be the same option "somewhere in NPS".
