Mail MTA deployment error for emails: "550 Relay access denied (in reply to RCPT TO command)"

Hi Community,

I'm deploying email protection in a XG firewall solution where the server is located in a DMZ behind the appliance. What I'm trying to achieve is to scan and block emails with infected attachments. I used the KB for MTA deployment but it seems to be blocking all emails (inbound and outbound).

The error message that I receive from the mail server is "550 Relay access denied (in reply to RCPT TO command)"

I'll appreciate the help to solve this error or any recommendations of how I must configure a business rule for what I'm trying to achive.
