XG 125 with total protect.
Hi all,
I've configured a debian box to provide SFTP for a cloud service to send me data and I've stuck this into my DMZ.
From my internal lan I have rules to allow me to see inside the DMZ, so I can see/ access the debian box, and I can also access the SFTP on custom port 922.
I'm trying to allow TCP 922 from the internet to this server in my DMZ,
I also have a different business rule which allows port 21 to a different box in the DMZ, and this one works perfectly, So i have copied this one exactly (except the port and the destination server of course).
The obvious stuff, :)
-Viewing the "log viewer" and packet capture, I can't even see any attempts being made from the outside world.
-Firewall rule states "in 0B, out 0B"
-yup, i'm definitely hitting the correct IP and port.
- ports TCP and UDP 922.
Any ideas what else i can try to resolve this?
Thanks in advance
Dave
