I have a Xperia SP with android 4.2
after encryption the phone is locked in emergency screen, it keeps doing click noises , after insert pins the phone keeps restarting
its starting to drive me crazy...

unfortunately we cannot help you with this issue.
Sophos Mobile security does not implement an own encryption. It activates the built in Android encryption feature.
You will have to contact the vendor of the device to get help.
